A note from Ben
As we move through the second half of the year, I’d like to thank you for the support you’ve shown NEOS, particularly over the past six months. It’s been a valuable opportunity to connect with advisers across WA and SA and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing advice business today.
One theme that continues to stand out is the growing role technology and AI can play in helping practices improve efficiency, enhance client experiences and build more scalable risk advice models. We’re also seeing increasing interest in how risk advice can contribute to long-term business growth and enterprise value.
These themes shaped our recent NEOS Collab Series sessions, where discussions focused on the business of risk advice, emerging technology and the future of underwriting and policy administration.
The feedback reinforced the value of sharing practical ideas and exploring new ways to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
Alongside these conversations, we’ve continued to deliver enhancements across our products and platform, including recent underwriting improvements designed to simplify processes and improve turnaround times.
Our focus remains on being a practical and commercially valuable partner to advisers. If you’d like to learn more about the Collab Program or discuss opportunities within your business, please reach out to Reon, Pia or myself.
Thank you again for your continued partnership and support.
In case you missed it, NEOS and adviser productivity platform, Marloo have partnered to launch the first pricing MCP in the market giving advisers access to pricing across the three products on the NEOS Platform directly within Marloo.
From 1 September 2026, we updated new business premiums for Futura Protection.
We’ve made several underwriting enhancements across NEOS Protection to help more clients be accepted sooner, with fewer medical requirements and faster assessment outcomes.
